i just wanted to tell you the bsc gel in chocolate is the best one ive tasted in my 15 years of doing tris.
they seem to eliminate the bonking too.
i use them throiugh training and when i compete
im not a professional and not grate a spelling either but these gels have made a big difference to my trianing, feels good to beat the other blokes i train with finally!
