BSc CLA – Body Fat Cell Reduction
In a 1 year study the health benefits of CLAare reported as reducing fat and preserving muscle tissue (Gaullier et al., 2004).
A recent study compared the one-year effect of CLA on overweight individuals with a BMI of 25-30 which is borderline obese.
Results confirmed a reduction in body fat mass (Gaullier et al., 2004).
The authors concluded that long-term supplementation with CLA reduces body fat mass in healthy overweight adults.
CLA studies showed a 9% reduction in body fat and 2% increase in muscle mass (Gaullier, 2004).

Guarana is a stimulant:
Due to all the different types of people interested in reducing fat levels and the varying degrees of cardiovascular fitness it is recommended that you acknowledge that guarana is high stimulant.
If you want a low jitter, low stimulant weight loss option do not utilise the guarana as directed.

CLA is a not classified as a stimulant.
If you do not eat enough protein, your body is forced to breakdown muscle, and fat loss becomes more difficult for a number of reasons.
The key issues is your body enters into what is referred to as a semi-starvation state.
Because your body is breaking itself down, it believes that it is starving, irrespective of the amount of calories you are consuming.
To offset this effect, the body produces an abundance of an enzyme that converts food to fat.
How many times have you heard about people going on a diet and initially losing weight only to put it all back on, not to mention a few extra kilograms?
It is this enzyme at work that causes this phenomenon.
Fat is burnt for fuel within muscle, so if you are losing muscle, you are effectively taking away something that can reduce your body’s fat stores.
If you do not fulfill your recommended daily intake of protein everyday, a protein supplement would definitely be of benefit.
Take your protein supplement at your mealtime (mid morning & mid afternoon), or combine it with a low-protein meal.
A good guideline to follow in terms of required nutrients on a plate is one-third protein and two-thirds nutrient-rich complex/fibrous carbohydrates.

Including protein meals or supplements Midmorning & mid afternoon is important to ensure your metabolic rate remains high.
If you are not eating regularly (5-6 small meals) while your metabolic rate will drop and it will make it increasingly difficult to lose the desired body fat.
